About the role
Join our Customer Experience team in Dubai as an Omnichannel Contact Centre Agent, handling voice, email, chat and WhatsApp interactions for a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions across voice, email, chat and WhatsApp channels.
- Log service requests, handle complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain high typing, documentation and data‑entry accuracy while working rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of contact centre experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.
- Experience with CRM/ticketing systems such as Salesforce, Genesys or Freshdesk.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting and work shift patterns.
Required skills
- Omnichannel system proficiency.
