Online Pricing & Partnership Executive – Car Rental

About the role

We are seeking an Online Pricing & Partnership Executive to join our car‑rental team in Dubai. The role focuses on developing data‑driven pricing strategies across online channels and expanding our network of travel partners to boost revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously update online pricing on all distribution platforms using data‑driven methods to stay competitive and profitable.
• Monitor market trends, competitor rates and demand patterns to dynamically optimise rates.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with online travel agencies, brokers, aggregators and corporate clients.
• Identify, onboard and activate new distribution channels to increase bookings.
• Prepare performance reports analysing revenue and partner contributions.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to align pricing with promotions and seasonal demand.
• Ensure accurate inventory and rate mapping across all online portals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in the car‑rental industry.
• Strong knowledge of online distribution channels, OTAs and aggregators.
• Excellent analytical ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
