About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Online Sales & E‑Commerce Executive to manage our online sales activities and digital platforms. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining product listings across e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

Manage and update online sales platforms and e‑commerce channels.
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow‑ups through online platforms.
Process and monitor online orders from placement to delivery.
Upload and update product listings, prices, descriptions, and images.
Respond to customers professionally and provide product information.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Monitor online sales performance and prepare basic sales reports.
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain accurate product and customer information across online platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer engagement.
Manage social media or other digital channels related to sales when required.
