About the role
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Online Sales & E‑Commerce Executive to manage our online sales activities and digital platforms. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining product listings across e‑commerce channels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and update online sales platforms and e‑commerce channels.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow‑ups through online platforms.
- Process and monitor online orders from placement to delivery.
- Upload and update product listings, prices, descriptions, and images.
- Respond to customers professionally and provide product information.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Monitor online sales performance and prepare basic sales reports.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate product and customer information across online platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer engagement.
- Manage social media or other digital channels related to sales when required.
