Onsite Sales Executive - IT Hardware Supply

About the role

Careers International is hiring an Onsite Sales Executive for IT hardware supply in Dubai. The role involves identifying and engaging potential leads for laptops, desktops and peripherals, visiting client sites and closing deals while working closely with the technical and inside sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential leads for IT hardware supply through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and strategic networking.
• Visit client sites across Dubai and nearby regions to hold initial discussions and collect technical and commercial requirements.
• Follow up on dormant or disconnected leads and revive potential business opportunities.
• Create and submit basic proposals based on client needs and available products.
• Coordinate with the technical and inside sales team to ensure smooth follow-up and closure.
• Build a strong sales pipeline with IT decision-makers, with room for project-based and service-based upselling.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT hardware supply, B2B sales or technology procurement.
• Fluency in English is a must; additional command of Hindi, Malayalam or Arabic is highly valued.
• Willingness to travel across the city for client meetings and site visits; knowledge of Dubai and a UAE driving licence are advantages.
• Strong verbal and written communication, objection handling and follow-through to closure.

• Technical understanding of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, networking basics).
• Use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and approach contacts.
• Use of CRMs and lead-tracking tools.
• Professional email writing and WhatsApp Business conversations.
