Operations Associate

About the role

The Operations Associate ensures the safe and efficient running of rides and attractions at Miral Experiences. Working on the ground at Abu Dhabi’s premier theme parks, you will be responsible for daily start‑up and shut‑down procedures, guest safety, and smooth operation of ride equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform start‑up and close‑down procedures for assigned rides and attractions.
• Manage queue systems, height measurements and safety clothing distribution.
• Load and unload guests safely, check restraints, safety belts and other equipment.
• Monitor and operate emergency stop functions and fire‑extinguisher equipment.
• Record daily operational data such as downtimes, throughput and staff breaks.
• Lead ride downtimes and respond to emergency situations as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe ride platform environment.

Required profile

• Ability to stay focused for long periods while standing and communicating with guests and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health‑and‑safety policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in small teams.

Required skills

• Operation of large ride machinery and emergency stop systems.
• Use of safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and emergency exits.
• Accurate height measurement and safety‑clothing fitting procedures.
