Operations Associate

About the role

Miral Experiences manages and operates immersive attractions and experiences across Abu Dhabi, including Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World, SeaWorld, CLYMB, TeamLab Phenomena and Qasr Al Watan. As an Operations Associate you will welcome visitors, guide them through the attraction and ensure their safety and enjoyment, helping create memorable moments and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and give an overview of the experience
• Assist guests with navigation, giving directions and answering questions
• Enforce exhibition rules and monitor guest behaviour to keep visitors safe, and respond to safety concerns or emergencies
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and keeping the experience positive
• Maintain cleanliness and order, tidying up as needed
• Keep visitors informed about upcoming events, exhibitions and promotions
• Represent the brand professionally and with enthusiasm for art and technology

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing and speaking)
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, able to spot trends in data
• Ability to act quickly and think on your feet
• Desirable: 1 year of experience in an operational department of hospitality or leisure (operations, ground crew, guest services, soft services, security)
• Desirable: knowledge of dry theme parks and attractions, especially operational departments
