About the role
Bausch + Lomb, a global eye health organization founded in 1853 with over 12,000 employees and a presence in nearly 100 countries, is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator. The role supports internal functions so that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position is open to Emiratis in line with Emiratization requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, scheduling and general communication as needed
- Prepare, organize and maintain documentation, reports and records
- Provide general operational and logistical support for smooth daily activities
- Support the coordination of various internal tasks and initiatives
- Help maintain structured internal processes and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders when needed to support ongoing activities
Required profile
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and a structured mindset
- Fluency in English
