Operations Coordinator – Lease To Own

About the role

CARS24 Arabia is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage lease‑to‑own processes, vehicle registration and ownership transfers across Dubai. The role involves close interaction with government agencies, finance partners and internal teams to ensure seamless vehicle lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end handling of vehicle registration, renewals and ownership transfers.
• Manage lease‑to‑own documentation, including registration of lease/mortgage notations and final ownership transfers.
• Monitor asset lifecycle, conduct credit control, collections and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate Salik tagging, plate issuance/replacement and vehicle possession or clearance certificates.
• Arrange vehicle inspection, passing, de‑registration and export‑related processes as required.
• Liaise with Dubai Police, traffic departments, insurance providers and finance partners to ensure smooth file processing.
• Maintain accurate trackers for expiry dates, renewals and compliance documents.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of operations experience in leasing or rental companies with hands‑on exposure to RTA vehicle registration.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, licensing and authority procedures.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to travel frequently to government departments.
• High school diploma minimum; bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and follow‑up skills.
