Operations Executive – Automotive Sales Coordination

About the role

The Operations Executive is responsible for boosting operational efficiency across Al‑Futtaim Automotive’s sales and administrative processes. You will ensure seamless system integration, coordinate new location readiness, and support cross‑functional teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and change management of SAP/system enhancements across functions.
• Lead end‑to‑end administration of sales operations, including outbound vehicle delivery, trade‑in management, and used‑car lifecycle tracking.
• Coordinate operational readiness of new locations, aligning resources for system setup, infrastructure, and vendor enablement.
• Oversee centralized purchase‑order management and vendor engagement for all business units.
• Manage multi‑brand operational performance, covering inventory flow, used‑car procurement, pricing governance, fleet utilization and charger business operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative operations management.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and coordination abilities.
• Proven ability to coach teams and build cross‑functional support.
