Operations Executive - Cleaning Services

About the role

Careers International is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Operations Executive in Dubai to manage sales activities and operational coordination for its cleaning services, including water tank cleaning, AC duct cleaning, apartment cleaning and kitchen exhaust cleaning. The role covers generating new business leads, managing client relationships and ensuring smooth delivery of services.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and business development: identify and target residential buildings, shopping malls, office corporates and commercial properties; build relationships with property managers, facility management teams and decision-makers; conduct market research on cleaning services trends.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and service agreements; negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and yearly sales targets; follow up with clients for feedback.
• Act as the main link between sales and operations, coordinating the cleaning crew, technicians and logistics teams for timely service delivery.
• Monitor daily operations, resolve service issues and complaints, and ensure jobs meet company standards and client expectations.
• Manage scheduling, work allocation and resource planning, and keep track of inventory, equipment and materials.
• Maintain records of sales leads, contracts and operations, provide weekly and monthly sales reports, and ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in cleaning services, facility management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with cleaning services for water tanks, AC ducts, apartments and kitchen exhausts is a plus.
• UAE driving licence is a plus if required for client visits.
