About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Operations Executive to lead a newly formed Amazon Now team in the UAE. In this role you will build and scale a fast‑delivery service from the ground up, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end operations for one large site or multiple small sites.
- Supervise store operations, meet customer‑facing metrics and control cost targets.
- Maintain safety standards and uphold team morale.
- Drive performance management and conduct regular reviews.
- Design and deliver training and development plans for associates.
- Implement continuous process improvements to achieve sustained performance gains.
- Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits.
- Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.
Required profile
- High school diploma (minimum).
- Preferably experienced in a logistics or operations environment.
- UAE national as indicated in the title.
