Operations & Logistics Co‑Ordinator

About the role

The Operations & Logistics Co‑Ordinator will support the General Manager and the Middle East team by organising office administration, coordinating logistics and ensuring a safe, efficient workplace in the SAIF zone (Sharjah).

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and logistical support to the General Manager and the Middle East team.
• Organise office operations, housekeeping and site maintenance.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and SAIF Zone customs.
• Oversee compliance with export control requirements.
• Coordinate deliveries to and from client locations and internal STR bases.
• Handle local equipment deliveries and collections using company vehicles.
• Receive inward deliveries of rental equipment and complete paperwork.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch and verify shipping manifests.
• Maintain responsibility for all activities in the goods in/out area, including forklift operation.
• Monitor and maintain office and workshop inventory, managing stock control.
• Ensure a safe and secure working environment.
• Arrange travel and reservations for local staff on client projects.
• Provide general support to visitors and perform other reasonable duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in the SAIF zone (Sharjah).
• Ability to operate a forklift and handle general warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in coordinating logistics and managing vendor relationships.
