Operations Manager

About the role

OCS Services DMCC seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead multidisciplinary offshore projects across several geographies. The role is responsible for safe, timely and profitable delivery while managing client relationships and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of AIMS projects, ensuring compliance with contractual and QHSE requirements.
• Oversee Project Managers, Engineers and Crew Coordinators across multiple locations.
• Manage planning, resources, schedules, budgets, vendors and logistics.
• Monitor performance, quality, costs and timelines, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Drive business development by identifying new clients, markets and service opportunities.
• Prepare techno‑commercial proposals, bids, tenders and manage contract administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, Marine, Naval Architecture or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in offshore construction, asset integrity or related oil & gas services.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary offshore projects involving steel repair, fabrication, piping, coating, inspection and maintenance.
• Strong commercial, cost‑control and profitability management experience.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
