Operations Support Executive – Arabic Speaker (Dubizzle Cars)

About the role

Bayut & Dubizzle are iconic, home‑grown brands in the UAE with millions of monthly users. As an Operations Support Executive you will back the sales team, streamline sales processes, handle customer inquiries and provide essential administrative support for Dubizzle Cars.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales inquiries, respond to customer requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Set up classified car packages, generate payment links and maintain the client database.
• Act as liaison between sales and other departments to accelerate sales cycles.
• Schedule and coordinate photography requests for vehicle listings.
• Identify and implement improvements to sales support processes.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• 1‑2 years experience in sales or customer support.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM (a plus).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Ability to use ticketing and CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
