Operations & Workforce Coordinator

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for an Operations & Workforce Coordinator to support its autonomous vehicle operations team in Dubai. The role focuses on strengthening internal processes and managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational teams to standardise and improve internal support functions.
• Develop and implement management policies based on operational needs.
• Coordinate administrative and operational processes across the team.
• Manage full‑cycle personnel processes, including onboarding, training, day‑to‑day workforce management and off‑boarding.
• Maintain accurate personnel and operational records.
• Support continuous improvement and standardisation of internal processes.
• Provide general coordination support to ensure effective day‑to‑day team operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in operations support, administration, HR coordination, workforce coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, training or employee processes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to develop and follow structured internal processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• UAE experience would be beneficial.
