About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. You will operate machinery and equipment in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring safe delivery of compliant products and meeting production targets.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to consistently achieve daily production goals.
- Conduct routine quality and parameter checks, raise SAP notifications and execute autonomous maintenance tasks.
- Enforce strict HSE guidelines, maintain 5S housekeeping standards and proactively report near‑misses.
- Support continuous lean manufacturing initiatives and assist in training new operators.
Required profile
- Secondary School Certificate combined with a 2–3 year technical trade certificate.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on machinery operation experience in a large industrial plant (cable industry experience preferred).
