Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The role involves providing functional expertise for the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including related Finance and SCM modules.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse HCM requirements from business users and translate them into functional specifications.
• Lead or support end‑to‑end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management and Talent Management.
• Provide deep functional guidance on Oracle Fusion Finance and Oracle SCM Procurement modules.
• Configure workflow approvals and develop medium to complex fast formulas for absence and payroll.
• Participate in testing cycles (UAT, integration) and resolve issues.
• Deliver post‑implementation support, incident resolution, system maintenance and enhancements.
• Create and deliver user training sessions and produce detailed functional documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams and keep stakeholders informed on project progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM functional consultant.
• Ability to write medium to complex fast formulas for payroll and absence.
• Experience configuring workflow approvals.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance and Oracle SCM Procurement modules.
• Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management and Talent Management processes.
