About the role

The Order Management and Support Agent will ensure smooth procurement and order processing for telecom/IT projects, working closely with project teams, vendors, and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

Validate purchase requests and create purchase orders in line with approved BOQs and governance policies.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Project Delivery and vendors to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
Review Project Acceptance Certificates and Bills of Quantity to support accurate GSRN processing.
Manage material move orders from company warehouses to project sites.
Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets, flagging variances and risks.
Provide end‑to‑end support and issue resolution for PR, PO, GSRN and procurement matters.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in E‑Commerce or equivalent.
2‑3 years experience in the telecom/IT sector.
Experience with ERP and project‑management systems.
Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder‑management abilities.
