Outbound Travel Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Outbound Travel Manager to lead and expand our outbound travel business in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on serving UAE National and GCC clients, designing profitable holiday packages and building strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop complete outbound holiday packages for individuals, families and groups, including flights, hotels, transfers, tours and experiences.
• Identify and introduce new destinations, seasonal offers and exclusive experiences that appeal to Emirati and GCC travellers.
• Research and negotiate with international suppliers, DMCs, airlines and hotels to secure competitive rates, upgrades and value‑added benefits.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and client preferences to shape pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure high‑quality personalised service throughout the customer journey and handle escalations for VIP or high‑value bookings.
• Lead and support the outbound travel team, setting sales targets and overseeing day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of outbound travel preferences of Emirati and GCC travellers.
• Proven ability to create attractive, profitable travel packages and negotiate commercial deals.
• Experience in supplier and vendor management within the travel industry.
• Excellent client‑service orientation and ability to manage complex, high‑value itineraries.
• Leadership skills to guide a small outbound travel team.
