Outdoor Sales Executive (Perfume/Fragrance/Air Freshner)

About the role

The client is a Dubai‑based consumer products company looking for an Outdoor Sales Executive to generate new B2B business across the UAE. The focus is on perfume shops, fragrance retailers and related outlets, with a strong emphasis on field work and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular outdoor market visits across the UAE to identify and develop new B2B customers.
• Visit perfume shops, fragrance retailers and other relevant businesses to introduce the company’s product range.
• Generate leads, establish relationships and convert prospects into active accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentation to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and consistently create new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and newly acquired customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of outdoor/B2B sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience selling to perfume shops, fragrance retailers or similar businesses.
• Knowledge of the UAE perfume/fragrance retail market is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently, generate and close new business.
• Target‑driven, proactive and comfortable working in an outdoor sales environment.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

• Salary AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month.
