Outdoor Sales Manager

About the role

The Outdoor Sales Manager will drive field sales growth, expand corporate partnerships, and manage B2B dealer networks for Sealy’s premium sleep systems and Posturepedic technology across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new outdoor commercial accounts, including premium retail showrooms, interior designers, and hospitality projects.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and retail partners to maximize shelf space and brand visibility.
• Conduct technical product training for retail staff on Sealy’s sleep technologies, ergonomics, and material benefits.
• Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and cold‑calling to final contract negotiations and after‑sales service.
• Monitor local mattress and bedding industry trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to provide strategic feedback to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of proven outdoor/field sales experience in mattresses, bedding, or premium home furnishings.
• Currently residing in the UAE with deep understanding of the local retail and corporate landscape.
• Open exclusively to Jordanian, Lebanese, or Egyptian nationals.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Private health insurance.
