Outdoor Sales Representative - Beauty Industry

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to promote our hair‑care and beauty product range across salons in Ras Al Khaimah. The role blends hands‑on product expertise with proactive sales activities, aiming to grow existing accounts and open new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets through field visits and demonstrations.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and training sessions for salon staff.
• Develop and nurture existing salon accounts while prospecting for new clients.
• Introduce new brands and product lines to both current and potential customers.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high retention rates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Education and Brand teams to implement strategies.

Required profile

• Certified Nail Technician or equivalent beauty‑industry qualification.
• 3–7 years of combined technical hands‑on experience and sales exposure in the beauty sector.
• Proven ability to deliver effective product demonstrations that convert into sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercial mindset with solid understanding of pricing, promotions and account management.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
