Outdoor Sales Representative – Beauty Products

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will visit salons and potential customers, promote our hair and nail cosmetic products, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Visit salons, beauty centres and potential customers to introduce and promote company products.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers and purchasing staff.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments and product requirements.
• Introduce new products, promotions and special offers to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales and customer‑visit reports.
• Coordinate with the office and delivery team to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Required profile

• Female candidate preferred.
• Previous outdoor sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, hair, nail, beauty or salon products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and presentable when meeting salon owners and clients.
• Target‑oriented with a strong sales mindset.
• Ability to actively seek and develop new customers.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel and visit salons daily.
• UAE market and salon industry experience is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
