Outlet Manager – Nikkei and New England Cuisine

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead NOÉPE, a vibrant dining venue at Park Hyatt Dubai that blends Nikkei and New England culinary influences. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and maintaining the highest luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Deliver personalized guest service and resolve complaints with effective service recovery.
• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant management and service teams.
• Plan staffing, create schedules, and manage workforce requirements.
• Monitor sales, budgets, beverage cost, labor and operational expenses, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and company policies.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, cash handling, revenue reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments and support marketing, promotions and business development initiatives.
• Conduct regular staff training, performance evaluations and ensure proper maintenance of facilities and equipment.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• 6–8 years of restaurant experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Pre‑opening experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financial management and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and team‑development abilities.
• Outstanding customer‑service and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene and operational compliance.
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
