Outlet Manager - Restaurant or Bar

About the role

Rixos Al Mairid, a Rixos resort, is looking for a dynamic, guest-oriented Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of its signature restaurants or bars. The Outlet Manager delivers exceptional guest experiences, manages the team, ensures service excellence and optimises profitability, playing a key part in upholding Rixos service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, keeping hygiene, safety and quality standards high
• Deliver outstanding guest service, handle feedback and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Supervise, train and motivate the team, manage schedules and monitor performance
• Maximise revenue through upselling, control costs, minimise waste and manage inventory and stock
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and internal SOPs, including regular audits and training
• Work with the marketing team on promotions and events, and report on sales, guest feedback and staff performance
• Collaborate with the kitchen, bar and other F&B outlets for seamless service

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in food and beverage operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills, and exceptional guest service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety standards, cost control and POS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of F&B software is a plus
