Outlet Supervisor - Food & Beverage

About the role

NH Collection Dubai The Palm, part of Minor Hotels, is looking for a passionate, service-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join its Food & Beverage team. The Outlet Supervisor supports the day-to-day running of the outlet, leads and motivates the team and ensures consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and lead, motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs and Food & Beverage procedures are followed, and conduct shift briefings and handovers.
• Monitor service quality, keep the outlet properly prepared and maintained, and handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Support the Outlet Manager in revenue targets and cost control, encourage upselling and ensure staff know menus, promotions and products.
• Monitor stock levels and requisitions, ensure accurate billing, cash handling and POS procedures.
• Assist with team scheduling, training, coaching and development, and open/close procedures and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety and hotel standards, and coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding and other departments.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage or a related field preferred.
• Previous F&B experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant, and supervisory experience preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of F&B service standards and operations.
• POS system knowledge preferred.
