Outlet Supervisor – Hospitality

About the role

The Outlet Supervisor will lead the food‑and‑beverage service team at Anantara World Islands Dubai, ensuring every guest receives prompt, courteous service and a memorable experience. This role combines hands‑on supervision, staff development and operational control across restaurant and room‑service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote guest satisfaction by fostering a strong team environment and emphasizing associate well‑being.
• Supervise the timely and courteous delivery of all restaurant and room‑service orders.
• Open and close shifts according to the manager’s checklist, executing revenue and check‑control procedures.
• Train staff, enforce Anantara service standards, and maintain uniform compliance.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment for associates and guests.
• Manage scheduling, call‑outs, last‑minute bookings and other daily operational challenges.
• Oversee station rotation, maintenance work orders and repair programs.
• Handle associate relations, counseling and disciplinary actions in line with the Guarantee of Fair Treatment Policy.
• Identify and recommend incentive programs, new ideas and operational improvements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to develop and motivate a hospitality team.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage shift‑level issues.
• Effective communication skills to build trust with associates.
• Experience in applying fair counseling and disciplinary procedures.
