About the role
The Outlets Manager will lead the All Day Dining and Lobby Lounge/Bar at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Recruit, train, develop and motivate the restaurant team.
- Handle guest queries promptly and ensure satisfaction.
- Control food and payroll costs within budgeted guidelines.
- Drive sales to achieve revenue targets and develop menus with the F&B team.
- Conduct monthly stock takes and set departmental targets.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, health, safety, fire and security regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments and maintain good working relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as an outlet manager in a 5‑star hotel.
- Proven ability to lead a multicultural team.
- Strong organizational, administrative and training skills.
- Experience with outlet openings and a wide variety of outlets.
