Outpatient Registered Nurse – Emirati Talent

About the role

Healthpoint, a multi‑specialty hospital in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care to its diverse outpatient population. The successful candidate will work closely with physicians and allied health professionals, ensuring safe and effective treatment in line with Dubai Health Authority standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial nursing assessments and coordinate necessary medical referrals.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans, taking cultural and socioeconomic factors into account.
• Administer medications, vaccines and treatments while adhering to established protocols.
• Maintain patient safety by following evidence‑based clinical guidelines and hospital policies.
• Manage clinical equipment and medical supplies, ensuring proper storage and functionality.
• Document patient information accurately and communicate changes to the care team to facilitate seamless transitions.
• Provide education and support to patients and families throughout admission, treatment and discharge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum two years of post‑qualification nursing experience.
• Current nursing license from the country of origin and a valid United Arab Emirates medical license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
