Outsource Operations Specialist

About the role

The Outsource Operations Specialist supports the Human Resources function in Abu Dhabi, ensuring smooth processing of invoices, employee benefits, and administrative requests. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service to internal stakeholders and external agencies while adhering to HR policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end visa invoice processing, including validation, duplication checks, tracker updates and coordination with the Finance & Control Department (FCD).
• Review and validate End‑of‑Service Benefit (EOSB) calculations, prepare documentation and authorize submissions for payment.
• Track monthly business incentive payments, verify amounts, update trackers and liaise with agencies for invoicing.
• Process overtime claims by cross‑checking submitted hours with DMR records, updating the overtime tracker and communicating payment status.
• Handle personal information change requests, passport handover requests, and all types of leave requests through the E‑HR system, ensuring policy compliance.
• Process agency invoices for EOSB, court, and repatriation, performing documentation checks, approvals and coordination with FCD.
• Execute salary suspensions in the system, notify MIS, and manage suspension letters with the agency.
• Provide reference checks for recruitment teams by retrieving and compiling ex‑staff data from internal trackers.

Required profile

• HR specialist with experience supporting various HR functions and implementing HR policies.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, consistently delivering a positive experience for candidates and employees.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative processes simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the E‑HR system for processing requests and updates.
