Overhaul Support Coordinator

About the role

Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) is looking for an Overhaul Support Coordinator in Dubai. The role supports the Lead Overhaul & Project Coordinator and the Workshop Supervisor during overhaul projects and minor component overhauls, covering documentation, procurement, logistics and quality and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Lead Overhaul & Project Coordinator and Workshop Supervisor during tenders, with documentation on spare parts and materials.
• Coordinate activities during the execution of overhaul projects.
• Help control costs of materials (planned cost versus planned revenue).
• Handle purchase requisitions, expediting and logistics of spare parts and materials, and maintain blocked spare part numbers.
• Manage spare parts identification, including supersession and obsolete spares.
• Maintain contacts with third-party component vendors for supply, repair and overhauls.
• Assist with spare parts forecasting and ensure value-based pricing on spares and materials.
• Carry out delegated tasks and cover duties while away, keeping communication tools up to date.
• Follow QA and HSSE procedures, with emphasis on QA161 and QA163, and promote personal accountability for health, safety, security and environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum 2 years of professional-level experience in an oil-related industry.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Structured, cooperative and proactive, with good organisational and prioritisation skills.
