Painter

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Painter to apply high‑quality finishes to walls, ceilings, furniture and other surfaces. The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure projects meet our standards for appearance and durability.

Key responsibilities

• Apply paint, stain, primers and sealers using brushes, rollers or spray guns.
• Prepare new surfaces and remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, wire‑brushing, abrasive blasting or other approved methods.
• Cover and protect surrounding areas, post appropriate signage and clean up tools after each job.
• Coordinate with vendors to adjust colors, stains or varnishes as required.
• Follow all company safety policies, report hazards and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Assist guests and individuals with disabilities according to company standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, climbing ladders, bending, twisting and standing for extended periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant painting experience.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights when needed.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
