About the role

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our engineering team at our luxury hotel in Ras Al‑Khaimah. The role involves overseeing daily maintenance activities, supporting guest needs, and ensuring the hotel’s technical systems operate to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assign the engineering team according to daily work schedule, handle planned maintenance and respond to guest requests and emergency situations.
• Supervise the engineering team in the effective completion of their duties.
• Collaborate with other operational departments to provide required engineering support.
• Check and maintain air‑conditioning, water, and fire‑safety systems according to required standards.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to maintain their equipment in day‑to‑day operation.
• Supervise external contractors on behalf of the hotel.
• Support external inspectors during their inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good communication and writing skills in English.
• Literate in the use of Microsoft Office and engineering tools.
• Strong problem‑solving, reasoning, motivational, organizational and training abilities.
