Parent Relations Specialist (Emirati Male)

About the role

The Sheikh Zayed Private Academies are US-curriculum schools in Abu Dhabi serving students from Pre-K to Grade 12. The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys is seeking an Emirati male Parent Relations Specialist to lead parent communication and strengthen relationships between the school and its families. The role works closely with the Principal and the Senior Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison with parents and promote community engagement
• Support student wellbeing initiatives
• Resolve parent concerns and ensure effective communication between home and school
• Promote a positive school culture aligned with the school's values and celebrate Emirati culture and values
• Foster strong partnerships with families and contribute to an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Required profile

• UAE national (male)
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification
• Experience in customer service, community engagement, education or a related field
• A passion for building strong partnerships with parents and supporting the school community

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
