About the role

Join Chalhoub Group as a Part‑time Fashion Consultant for the GUESS brand at Mirdif City Centre. You will be the face of the store, delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting sales and customer‑relationship initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Deliver a high‑standard guest experience and collect data on customer behaviour.
• Support CRM, CX and other in‑store initiatives, ensuring accurate customer data capture.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty programme and stay updated on app offerings.
• Assist with in‑store marketing events, activations and brand social‑media campaigns.
• Maintain visual‑merchandising standards and SOP compliance.
• Ensure click‑and‑collect orders are processed within SLA.
• Provide feedback on product performance and store operations.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Eligibility for Emiratisation (targeted at Emirati candidates).
• Enthusiasm for luxury fashion and customer service.
