Partner Sales Director - METAC Region

About the role

Cisco is looking for a Partner Sales Director for its METAC (Middle East, Africa, Turkey & CIS) channel business. The team drives channel growth by building strategic relationships with partners across the region and aligning their capabilities with Cisco's technology portfolio. The role leads channel strategy and execution, develops the partner ecosystem and drives revenue, program management and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the METAC channel strategy and execution, turning Cisco priorities into regional growth plans and measurable results.
• Develop and strengthen the partner ecosystem, building strategic relationships so partners can grow with Cisco's full portfolio.
• Drive revenue, program management and governance through disciplined planning, performance management and an operating cadence.
• Engage, influence and align partners and internal teams across a complex regional landscape.

Required profile

• Proven success developing and executing channel sales strategies in the METAC region, with a clear understanding of regional markets, partners and growth opportunities.
• Background spanning both business strategy and technology sales, able to engage enterprise-level decision-makers.
• Able to work in a complex matrix organization, influencing sales, partner, finance, operations, product and executive stakeholders without direct authority.
• Preferred: strong relationships with partner executives and internal stakeholders, executive presence, experience in a geographically distributed, matrixed environment, and a track record of improving organizational structures.

Required skills

• Strong financial and analytical skills, including sales performance metrics, forecasting and pipeline analysis.
• Experience using CRM tools to plan business, track revenue and optimize resource alignment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
