Partner Solution Sales Apprentice (Tomoh Program)

About the role

Microsoft is offering a paid six-month Partner Solution Sales Apprentice apprenticeship in Dubai under its Tomoh program, which aims to accelerate Emirati employability through early-in-profession recruitment and skilling. The apprenticeship is divided into a one-month onboarding and skilling bootcamp followed by five months of on-the-job training, including mentoring, coaching, job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments. It leads to globally recognized Microsoft technical and professional certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of joint solution-area sales plans with Microsoft partners to drive cloud consumption and business growth.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating partner sales capabilities, business priorities and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Microsoft sales, technical and marketing teams on partner-led customer engagements and co-sell opportunities.
• Help manage and track partner pipeline activities, forecasts and sales performance metrics.
• Conduct market, customer and competitive research to identify growth and digital transformation opportunities.
• Support partner enablement by helping partners understand Microsoft solution value propositions, programs and go-to-market resources.
• Build relationships with partner stakeholders and contribute to initiatives that accelerate partner sales practice development and customer success.

Required profile

• Emirati national holding a UAE Family Book.
• Fluency in English; legally authorised to work in the UAE (citizenship or valid visa/work permit).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Preferred: passion for technology, strong stakeholder and relationship management, and proficiency in communication, analysis and presentation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AI, Cloud Computing or related technologies is a plus.
