Partnerships Manager – Consumer Products

About the role

The Partnerships Manager – Consumer Products will drive customer engagement and product growth by creating and managing strategic collaborations across our consumer financial suite, including cards, remittances and credit. You will own the end‑to‑end partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation to integration and performance monitoring, ensuring each alliance boosts product stickiness and transaction volume.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and close partnerships with leading digital platforms, retail, travel and food‑delivery brands.
• Design partner‑funded incentives that increase repeat usage and make our cards the preferred choice.
• Plan and execute go‑to‑market launches, coordinating with Marketing on creative campaigns and tracking ROI.
• Maintain ongoing partner relationships, conduct quarterly business reviews, manage performance dashboards and resolve SLA or compliance issues.
• Develop a rolling 9‑month partnership roadmap, monitor competitor offers and continuously feed the pipeline with new opportunities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Business, Product, Growth, Legal, Compliance and Data teams to ensure seamless integration and successful market execution.

Required profile
