Partnerships Manager - Fashion Brands

About the role

Dubai Mall Online, the official digital platform of Dubai Mall, is looking for a Partnership Manager to manage a portfolio of fashion brands. The role builds strong partner relationships, drives onboarding and growth, and ensures strong assortment, pricing, availability, fulfilment and performance against KPIs such as GMV.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with fashion brand partners.
• Drive partner onboarding and make sure assortment, pricing and operational requirements are met.
• Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure strong product availability and meet fulfilment SLAs.
• Work with internal teams and partners to resolve issues and improve execution.
• Support campaigns, promotions and initiatives to grow partner performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, e-commerce or a related field.
• Experience in luxury, fashion or premium retail.
• Fluency in English.
• Analytical, proactive and highly organised, able to manage multiple partners and priorities.
• Strong commercial and relationship-management skills.
