Parts Advisor

About the role

Join Ali & Sons as a Parts Advisor and play a key role in delivering excellent counter sales service. You will support customers and technicians while ensuring parts inventory and related records are accurately maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and provide a welcoming counter sales experience.
• Advise customers on part numbers, prices, availability and suitable alternatives.
• Prepare accurate parts estimates, quotations, delivery orders and sales invoices.
• Operate computerized inventory and re‑ordering systems effectively.
• Coordinate with the Ordering Section to source requested parts and follow up on lead times.
• Maintain clean, organized and professional working area and accurate sales records.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Material Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Computer literate with strong skills in warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented and collaborative attitude.
