Part‑time Guest Relations Officer – Toyota Showroom

About the role

The Guest Relations Officer is the first point of contact for visitors at the Toyota showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road. This part‑time role focuses on delivering a warm, professional welcome and ensuring a smooth hand‑over to sales executives. You will work in a busy automotive environment, interacting with customers and colleagues across all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer entering the showroom, identifying their needs.
• Provide a “World’s Warmest Welcome” and ensure customers feel acknowledged.
• Direct customers with appointments to the appropriate sales executive.
• Facilitate a seamless transition from entry to sales interaction.
• Offer a courteous send‑off to customers leaving the showroom.

Required profile

• Emiratization with a valid Family Book (mandatory).
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Customer‑service experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Required skills

• Excel (preferred).
