About the role

The Patient Administrator – IVF supports high‑quality patient care by handling appointment scheduling, registration, insurance processing, billing and customer service for the IVF clinic.

Key responsibilities

Manage patient appointment scheduling and registration efficiently.
Handle medical insurance processes and related tasks.
Oversee billing and cash‑up procedures.
Consistently meet customer service expectations to improve patient service quality.

Required profile

Completed secondary school education (Grade 12); a tertiary diploma or bachelor’s degree in medical science, finance or accounting is preferred.
2–3 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in the healthcare sector; experience in a contact centre or healthcare environment is a plus.

Required skills

Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Experience using CRM software.
Familiarity with hospital information systems.
Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and processes.
Understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
Numerical literacy and patient scheduling/registration processes.
