Patient Coordinator – Healthcare Sales & Retention

About the role

The Patient Coordinator will drive new patient enrollments, guide onboarding, and ensure ongoing retention for metabolic.health’s diabetes care programs. This patient‑facing position blends consultative sales with proactive engagement throughout the care journey.

Key responsibilities

• Convert qualified in‑clinic prospects into enrolled patients for designated programs.
• Conduct structured consultations to present clinical and financial value of programs.
• Engage prospects via phone, WhatsApp, Meta channels, and email to meet enrollment and revenue targets.
• Cross‑sell and upsell relevant services to existing patients.
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance eligibility, and coordinate in‑person and remote visits.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in the CRM.
• Proactively contact patients before appointments, refill dates, and program milestones.
• Identify at‑risk patients and apply retention measures, including re‑engagement outreach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in face‑to‑face or consultative sales of healthcare programs, medical services, or wellness solutions.
• Target‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Strong communication skills for phone, messaging, and email interactions.

Required skills

• Experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems.
• Proficiency in CRM tools for tracking sales and retention activities.
