About the role

The Patient Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients seeking plastic and cosmetic surgery services at our Dubai hospital. You will ensure a seamless, professional experience from the initial call through post‑treatment follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage multi‑line phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments using hospital scheduling software.
• Coordinate consultations and procedures, update patient records, and explain basic preparation requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality, high service quality, and hospitality standards while liaising with clinical staff to support efficient clinic flow.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English, with professional phone etiquette.
• Experience in front‑desk or patient coordination within a medical or aesthetic clinic.
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professionalism, integrity, and respect for patient confidentiality.
