Pediatric ENT Specialist – Consultant Role in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Pediatric ENT to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive medical and surgical care to infants, children, and adolescents within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric ENT conditions, including ear infections, hearing loss, tonsillitis, sinus disorders, airway abnormalities and congenital issues.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as endoscopy, audiological assessments and relevant imaging.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using medical and surgical approaches, including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, ventilation tube insertion and airway surgery.
• Provide expert consultation to pediatricians, neonatologists and other specialists on complex cases.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement initiatives, teaching and clinical research.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and specialty training in Otolaryngology with a pediatric ENT fellowship.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Consultant Pediatric ENT in a reputable tertiary care hospital.
• Western‑trained education or clinical experience (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or equivalent).
• Eligibility for a valid DHA, DOH or MOH Consultant licence.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Endoscopic examination and interpretation.
• Audiological assessment techniques.
• Imaging interpretation (CT, MRI, X‑ray) for ENT cases.
• Pediatric ENT surgical procedures (tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, ventilation tube insertion, airway surgery).
