About the role
Starwalkers is seeking a DHA‑licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join its pediatric team in Dubai. The role focuses on assessing and supporting children’s speech, language and communication needs within a neurodiversity‑affirming framework.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct formal and informal assessments of speech and language abilities.
- Develop individualized therapy plans and document progress according to Starwalkers’ standards.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers and an occupational therapist through co‑therapy sessions.
- Participate in Individualized Care Plan meetings and multidisciplinary team reviews.
- Contribute to resource development and deliver webinars for families.
Required profile
- DHA license and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to adopt the neurodiversity paradigm.
- Commitment to a minimum of 2‑3 weeks of intensive training.
