About the role

Starwalkers is seeking a DHA‑licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join its pediatric team in Dubai. The role focuses on assessing and supporting children’s speech, language and communication needs within a neurodiversity‑affirming framework.

Key responsibilities

Conduct formal and informal assessments of speech and language abilities.
Develop individualized therapy plans and document progress according to Starwalkers’ standards.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers and an occupational therapist through co‑therapy sessions.
Participate in Individualized Care Plan meetings and multidisciplinary team reviews.
Contribute to resource development and deliver webinars for families.

Required profile

DHA license and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Strong communication skills and willingness to adopt the neurodiversity paradigm.
Commitment to a minimum of 2‑3 weeks of intensive training.
