Pediatrician – Outpatient Care (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatrician to join our growing team. The role involves delivering comprehensive outpatient pediatric care in a culturally diverse environment, collaborating with family medicine physicians and specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient pediatric care including preventive health, immunizations, acute illness management, and chronic disease follow‑up.
• Collaborate with family medicine physicians and specialists for shared case management and ongoing learning.
• Provide care based on current evidence‑based guidelines and standards of practice.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families to ensure continuity of care.
• Practice with cultural sensitivity for Emirati and expatriate populations.
• Contribute to team development through case discussions, quality improvement, and professional education.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with company protocols and UAE healthcare regulations.
• Fulfill licensing and credentialing requirements through the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP).

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD/MBBS or equivalent) with residency training in Pediatrics.
• Minimum two years of independent practice experience beyond residency.
• Eligibility for UAE MOHAP licensure in Pediatrics.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
• Commitment to evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and collaborate.
• Motivation to grow professionally and help build a new service.
• High emotional intelligence and cultural respect.
