About the role

Ajyal Medical Center is looking for a compassionate Pediatrician to join its multi‑specialty clinic in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves delivering evidence‑based, family‑centered outpatient care to children of all ages while collaborating with a diverse team of specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care, including acute illness management and chronic disease follow‑up.
• Administer immunizations and preventive health services according to UAE MOHAP guidelines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to the clinic’s evidence‑based practice model.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with local licensure requirements.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or residency‑trained pediatrician with at least 24 months of clinical experience.
• Strong commitment to teamwork, cultural sensitivity, and patient‑centered care.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and mentoring programs.
